Vimotions brings you an amazing 3-day course so you can become an expert in paddle surf (SUP).
You will be picked at your hotel and will be taken to the selected beach to do the activity.
Once there, you will be given the SUP equipment necessary for the sessions and the school lycra so you can feel comfortable in the water before the activity starts.
Paddle surf or SUP is an offshoot of surfing that originated in Hawaii. Unlike traditional surfing where the rider sits until a wave comes, stand up paddle boarders stand on their boards and use a paddle to propel themselves through the water. For the “wave” modality, the riders use a rather short and wide board, which remains stable and manageable. It’s all about catching waves! This is the closest SUP modality to surf.
Each day, when the session comes to an end, a car will take you back to your hotel.
Depending on the weather conditions you will be taken to the selected beach to do the session there.
