About this activity

Enjoy the most comprehensive look at Albaicin and Sacromonte, the two most emblematic areas of Granada. Although these two places are integrated into the city, they have a peculiar settlement unrelated to the rest of Granada. Albaicín was declared World Heritage by UNESCO in 1994. The quarter is located on a hill, offering breathtaking views of the city, the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada.

Led by an official guide you will walk its winding streets and will discover incredible viewpoints. You will recognise the great Arab past of the area, full of cisterns, ancient walls and Moorish buildings of X and XI, especially the "cármenes", centuries old houses whose epicenter is a floral patio. However, it is also palpable the Christian heritage of the area, with numerous churches and palaces.

During the visit, without realizing it, you will also penetrate in the Sacromonte district, famous for its cave houses, flamenco shows and the art off its inhabitants. From the viewpoint of Valparaiso you will obtain such a spectacular panoramic view that will leave you speechless.
