Private Cooking Class in Local Villa with Market Tour (Unlimited Drinks)

Our private cooking class comes with 2 shifts everyday - Morning and Afternoon

ITINERARY
• Get picked up by our cooking instructor from your place (in Hanoi center) at your chosen time (Select your own pick-up time within 9:00 - 10:00 AM for morning class, 3:30 - 4:30 PM for afternoon class).
• Select the dishes you want to make in the cooking class from the recommendations of our cooking instructor (You will choose 1 salad, 3 main dishes, and 1 dessert)
• Transfer to a local market near our cooking class to go shopping for the ingredients for your menu
• Have a walk in the local market while learning about Vietnamese cuisines from getting to know the produces there
• Walk to our cooking class in a local villa nearby
• Enjoy a fresh herbal welcome drink before taking the cooking class
• Learn how to make authentic Vietnamese dishes from scratch under the instructions of our chef
• Enjoy your cooking creations with many free drink options (local wine in season, beer, coffee, herbal welcome drink, soft drinks, bottled water)
• Receive the recipe book from our cooking instructor
• Cooking class ends, get drop-off to any place (in Hanoi center)

Select 3 main dishes from:
• Phở - Vietnamese Traditional Noodle Soup
• Bún Chả - BBQ Pork with Rice Noodle and Dipping Sauce
• Nem Rán - Fried Spring Rolls
• Nem Cuốn - Fresh Spring Rolls
• Bánh Xèo & Nem Lụi - Fried Crispy Vietnamese pancake and Grilled Pork with Lemongrass
• Cá Nướng - Grilled Fish

Select 1 dessert from:
• Egg Coffee
• Chè Khúc Bạch - Vietnamese Milk Jelly Dessert
• Chè Ba Màu - Three-color Sweet Potato Soup
• Chè Hạt Sen - Sweet Soup with Lotus Seeds and Mung Beans
