Commonly a bonsai represents a mini landscape or mountain scenery produced in a small pot.

But a moss bonsai is made of seedlings covered with moss and rounded up and no pot is necessary.

Therefore, you can arrange decorations by placing it on various plates or hang.

Instead of plates if you place it in a MASU (wooden box) you can enjoy a unique combination of wood with deep green moss.

The venue is a long-established flower shop with a history of 70 years, which is located in a busy district of Hiroshima lined with many department stores. Currently the venue offers 46 culture classes in ikebana and tea ceremony. It is easy to access, so you can experience Japanese culture during your tour in Hiroshima if time permits between your sightseeing programs.
