Two time departure:

Morning: 0830AM to 11:30 AM

Afternoon: 16:00 to 17:00

Pick up at City Opera House by local Motorbikes, then transfer to very local market for market tour.

We will challenge you by giving you a list of items,then you will try to buy,bargain.(It would be great experience)

Keep driving to our House and start the cooking.

Menu for Cooking:

1. How to make Vietnamese fish sauce.

2. How to make Spring Roll.

3. How to make Papaya Salad.

4.How to trim Chili & Cucumber for dish decoration.

Main course for your meal:

Steam fish with Ginger and Mushroom.

Steamed rice.

Morning Glory stired with Garlic.
