Meet a friendly local chef and learn how people grow mushrooms, one of the local sources of income. Venture into the garden to harvest some vegetables, and learn how to select fresh products and ingredients essential for Vietnamese cooking.

After harvesting the required vegetables, get ready for a hands-on cooking class. Following the lead of the instructing chef, learn how to create traditional Vietnamese specialties. Then, sit down and enjoy the fruits of the labor while soaking up the peaceful surroundings of the cookery.

An amazing complex of underground tunnels used during the Vietnam War. There are more than 200 km of tunnels, comprising a main axis system with many branches connecting to underground hideouts, shelters and other tunnels. You have the chance to crawl through this amazing system of tunnels.
