This is a typical itinerary for this product

Stop At: Hoi An Ancient Town, Hoi An 560000 Vietnam

Pick up customer at 8:30 AM/ 14:30 PM at the hotel lobby. Get on the boat and starts your trip.
On the boat, the customer will explore the rural life of local people and the traditional method of catching fish.
After that, the customer will have a chance to learn how to catch the fish by the different type of nets.
Off of the boat, the customer will get on the round boat and experience how to row the boat and how to catch the crabs.
Finished the activities on the river, the customer will have a short walk to the bamboo craftsman house for a visit. And enjoy lunch/dinner at a local restaurant near there.
Take the customer back to the hotel after lunch/ dinner by a van and end of the tour.
