After cooking, enjoy the fruits of your labor along with a few dishes Nuray will have prepared in advance.

Your meal will likely begin with a seasonal soup, chilled in summer and warm in winter. Follow it up with dishes such as içli köfte (stuffed bulgar meatballs, also known as kibbeh), cheese börek (a cheese-filled pastry), yogurt lu ispanak (spinach and yogurt), barbunya pilaki (beans stewed in a tomato and lemon sauce), karniyarik (eggplant stuffed with mincemeat and tomatoes), and a homemade dessert served with traditional Turkish coffee.
