About this activity
Itinerary

Jal Mahal is a beautiful palace in the middle of a lake on the way to Amber Fort from walled city of Jaipur.
It is very popular with tourists as a photo point.
Besides the beautiful setting of the lake and the impressive architecture of the palace, Jal Mahal is ALSO a popular spot of hundreds of birds, especially in winter months when migratory birds from far away land come to the lake.
You can enjoy Bird Watching as well as the chance to see small wild animals.
This morning tour will take you to the dam that built this lake for a beautiful view of the Palace, circled by forested ridges with the popular forts of Nahargah and Jaigarh. We take a pleasant walk along the embankments with a knowledgeable guide who shows us the birds, and also explains a bit of history of the monument and its importance to the city.
Unforgettable pictures and selfies are assured!
We also offer a packed breakfast on the embankments - super picnic especially in the pleasant winter sun!
You can add a visit to Amber fort along with the morning birdwatching adventure if you want (extra charges)
