You driver will pick you up from a hotel in Jaipur by 4pm to an exciting evening excursion where you will learn a lot about Indian cuisine. Meet your friendly host at his humble abode and begin your kitchen escapade.

Learn how to prepare Indian delicacies from Indian family . She will teach you the significance of various exotic Indian spices and the proper way to use them. Learn many culinary tips and tricks along with the intricacies and details of some fascinating dishes. Start with the legendary Indian samosa, a mouthwatering snack that has taken the world by storm, and understand the complexity of making the batter and folding it into tiny Samosas.

Proceed to prepare paneer tikka made of small pieces of farmer cheese that is fried and coated with spicy onion curry. Also get insights about making malai kofta, a vegetarian version of meat balls soaked in milky curry, and vegetable biryani, the Persian delicacy coupled with a large quantity of vegetables and rice.
