Itinerary

On this retreat, you will have time to refresh your life force with new energy and return home feeling nourished and aligned. During your holiday, you will enjoy daily yoga, meditation, and pranayama classes. Each day will include early morning meditation and pranayama practice, morning class blending traditional and modern approaches to yoga, afternoon Tibetan sound healing therapy and evening gentle and restorative yoga to promote gentleness towards the self and good sleep.
