Early Morning at 6:am the Goniyore (Gorakshya - Nikhil - Yoga and Reiki Center) Yoga Ashram representative will pick you up from your hotel and transfer you to the yoga ashram. You will be introduced with your yoga guru, Dr. Chandra Mani Khanal and Ram Kumar Puri, have a briefing of the program details. Sit down at any easy posture starting pranayama - Bidduut pranayama, Kapalvati, Anulom Bilom, Agnisar, Bhramari, Om chanting mantra.

Program Schedule:

7:00 am: Posture, Surya Namaskar, Hirdya Asan

8:00 am: Yoga Nidra with cosmic sound therapy

9:00 Breakfast (local organic Nepali, food Chapati 2 to 4 pieces, beans curry, seasonal fruits, a glass of cow milk, and juice) .

10:00 am: Drive to Sywambhunath Stupa also called the Monkey Temple, one of the UNESCO World Heritage-listed site. During this time, you will also go to a monastery nearby and meet Lama Guru and talk with them about Buddhist yoga

12:00 pm: Noon drive to Patan historic and culture city, also one of UNESCO Wolrd Heritage listed site of Kathmandu. Sightseeing around Patan Durbar Square, where you can witness living Goddess Kumari.

1:00 pm: Vegetarian lunch at Patan City - Café De Patan Roof Top (you can have a very good view of Patan Durbar square)

2:00 pm: Drive to Pashupatinath Temple (UNESCO World Heritage listed site), visit founder of yoga Mahayogi Guru Gorakhnath Baba’s Ashram, learn Pashupat yoga

3:30 pm: Drive to Boudhanath Stupa (UNESCO World Heritage-listed Site) of Boudha, visit some monasteries, meet some Tibetan people

4:30 pm: Drive back to the ashram

6:00 pm: Start soul meditation. This meditation is for everybody who has a passion to know the truth and wants to self-realization. This meditation controls all of the problems which are related to stress. Soul meditation helps to develop consciousness, awareness, and you can feel wholeness within. It is not complicated to learn. It can be practiced anywhere, at any given moment, and it is not time-consuming (one hour per day is good).

7:00 pm: Bhakti yoga spiritual song with fluid and soul meditation which will provide peace of mind and bliss awakening and purification of the chakras (energy centers), Increased acceptance of oneself, Helps to live in the present moment, Expansion of consciousness, Increase self-actualization, Changes attitude toward life, Creates a deeper relationship with your higher self.

8:00 pm: Our Representative will drop you back to your hotel in Kathmandu.
