Day 3: Kathmandu to Jiri (2100 meters/7-8 hrs)
Day 4: Jiri to Bhandara:(2370 meters/6 hrs trek)
Day 5: Bhandar to Sete ( 2650 meters/5-6hrs trek)
Day 6: Sete to Junbesi (3530 meters/6-8 hrs trek)
Day 7: Junbesi to Nuntala ( 2980 meters/7-8 hrs trek)
Day 8: Nuntala to Bupse (2300 meters/7 hrs trek)
Day 9: Bupse to Choplung (2860 meters/6-8 hrs trek)
Day 10: Choplung to Namche Bazaar (3420 meters/6-8 hrs trek)
