About this activity
Your guide for the trip will collect you from your accommodation the previous night, enjoy a scenic drive to the park which will take you approximate 3 hrs to the park entrance. The drive is relatively short compared to the other destination.
Dominated by lakes, swamps and marshland, the Akagera National park boasts a huge compliment of nature and wildlife that cannot be found elsewhere in the country. We will have picnic lunch en route.
Once in the park we go for the game drive by visiting the giraffe valley. Akagera NP allows you not only to visit this beautiful Park but also its astonishing views over Lake Ihema.
