Start your session with a consultation with an Ayurvedic physician to analyze your personal doshas, the constitution of your body, and decide whether you are Vata, Pitta or Kapha type or a combination of either two or three doshas. Accordingly, the type of oil that suits you the best will be chosen and then you will begin the massage. The session of whole body massage is about an hour and, after the session is over, it is recommended for you to leave the oil as is for another hour or so, but alternatively you can also take a shower afterwards. Complete the session with a relaxed body and mind.
