  • Pickup can be only done from hotel and large shopping mall. Airbnb, guesthouses and some places may not be picked up / dropped and will be picked up / dropped at the nearby hotel.
  • Pick-up time varies slightly by hotel. We will inform you of the correct pick-up time the day befoe.
  • Pick-up and drop-off times can vary depending on traffic conditions and weather conditions.
  • The age that can join is 10 years old or older (based on the tour day)
  • For children, activity may not be possible to do on the field depending on the physical condition regardless of age.
  • During the tour, you can limit the number of dives by one depending on the sea conditions.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund
