Witness to WW II walking tour in the Jewish District

About this activity

Holocaust took place a mere 80 years ago and was the largest genocide in history that also left its marks on Cracow. A professional local guide will walk you along a route that will help you understand the reality of living in the General Government, the Jewish district, the ghetto, as well as the Cracow concentration camp.

This tour is a perfect addition to the trip to Auschwitz. It leads through lesser-known areas, where the stigma of war and the dark times of the past have also been imprinted. As said by one of the prisoners of the camp: “it happened, so it could happen again…it could happen anywhere”.
