This activity about 2½ hours.
20 Menutes warming up, beach theory.
Learn the basic knowledges
and skills so that you can feel
confident on the wave.i can tell you
about positioning on the
board,how to paddling, and how to
standing up. And also about surfing
rules& surfing safety.
First setion about 1 hour,go to the water for practice under
instructor guiding.
10 minutes: Rest
45 minutes: Jump in to the water again, and start to catch the wave by yourself. This setion Will make you more interested in surfing.
