You will be picked up from your hotel in before making your way to the first stop, Dickson House. This is a substantial historical spot in the downtown where the UK government had its official headquarter in the state for the first time as a result of the British-Kuwaiti Agreement, held in 1899. Once there you will have a brief description by your guide of the most important parts of the house as well as its historical background.
Next, you will visit the Seif Palace to have a general vision of its unique architectural design and political past. When you finish visiting the palace, you will be transferred to the second major destination, the Great Mosque of Kuwait, Al Mas'jid Al Kabeer. The mosque is considered to be the largest mosque in the country with total area of 46,000 square meters. The mosque is internationally renowned for its Islamic architecture and it has become one of Kuwait's most treasured landmarks. You will have around 1-hour exterior and interior visit to the building; wandering inside among porches, and entering the prayer hall.
You will then visit the last site, Souq Al Mubarakiya, where you will taste the real flavor of Kuwaiti traditions and dive into the depth of its past. You can stroll around and discover reasonable bargains on heritage goods. You will have a delicious meal consisting of several traditional courses and receive a cultural souvenir as gratitude.
With a full stomach your tour concludes with a return transfer to your accommodation.
