About this activity

We begin this tour with a minibus ride around the Arenal Volcano to the Observatory Lodge Hotel. Here we start the steep hike to the summit of Cerro Chato. On the way we will cross a very compact virgin rainforest. From the summit we will walk down to the green lagoon, an old volcano crater, where we can take pictures and discover the surroundings.
