About this activity

You will visit the Surquillo market with the chef Israel to discover amazing products and taste some exotic fruits. After walking a few minutes to reach Israel's restaurant, you will first enjoy a chilcano at the bar and an explaination about pisco. Then, you will prepare with the chef your own ceviche and enter the restaurant profesional kitchen to make your stir-fried peruvian style fish.
