Stop At: Templo Romano de Evora (Templo de Diana), Evora, Evora District, Alentejo

Once at the medieval walled city of Évora, visit the enigmatic Chapel
of Bones and the millenium old Roman Temple. Learn about the
portuguese Inquisition and why this once was the second most
important city of Portugal.

Stop At: Monsaraz Castle and Walls, Monsaraz, Evora District, Alentejo

The final stop is the town of Monsaraz, where you will meet the
typical Alentejo village: the white washed houses. Appreciate the
slow lifestyle of this village resting on a cliff top, with a 14th century
castle that offers spectacular panoramic views over the Alqueva Dam
(largest artifial lake in Europe) and the Guadiana Valley.
