Fatima Half-Day Small-Group Tour from Lisbon

Set out from your Lisbon hotel on this small-group guided tour to Fatima, limited to eight people for a more personalized experience. Settle into a comfortable air-conditioned vehicle for a 90-minutes drive to Fatima, where the Virgin Mary appeared in 1917 to three shepherd children and exorted mankind to pray for world peace.

We begin our day with a stop at a local factory, so you can buy a rosary to be blessed at the Mass, drink a coffee or simply go to the restroom. After, with your guide, head to the village of Aljustrel, where you will visit the house of Francisco and Jacinta and the house of Lucia, where the seers were born and lived.

We then go to the Sanctuary, a sacred religious site that attracts four million pilgrims every year. We will visit the Chapel of the Apparitions - the "heart" of the Shrine of Fatima, where our Lady talked to the little shepherds - and enter the Basilica of Our Lady of the Rosary. At the Shrine, you will have the opportunity to light a candle, drink water from the blessed well and attend Mass at the basilica.

You will have free time in the sanctuary for personal discovery before the drive back to your hotel in Lisbon.
