Fátima with Optional Candle Procession Half Day Private Tour from Lisbon

Your guide will pick you up at your Lisbon hotel and drive you to Fátima, where Our Lady of Fátima appeared to the three shepherd children in 1917. Once here, visit the basilica where Francisco, Jacinta Marto, and Lúcia are buried. See the Igreja da Santíssima Trindade (Church of the Holy Trinity), Portugal’s largest Catholic sanctuary. At the Wax Museum you can see 119 wax figures that recreate the time of the apparitions and depict the story of Fátima. 

Next visit the Capela das Aparições (Chapel of Apparitions), a small temple built at the request of Our Lady of Fátima when she appeared to the three shepherd children. See the nearby Azinheira Grande, the tree that Jacinta, Lúcia, and Francisco passed on their way to see the saint.
