Come and explore the vast richness and heritage behind one of England's ancient drinks.

From the light bright, bubbly-ness of East Coast Ciders, the smooth, rich, white wine like notes of Kent-style South coast ciders, to the big bold tannic notes of Ciders spiritual homeland in the South west of England, we will take you on a voyage of discovery.

We will introduce you to some of the mystique, heritage and traditions, from the ancient pagan traditions of the Wassail, to the story of how Cider shaped Champagne, and how it has been the chosen drink of both Kings and farmworkers alike.
