Stop At: Ascot Racecourse, High St, Ascot SL5 7JX, UK

Either take our return coach from central London (10am) or meet at Ascot Racecourse (11am) in Coach Park 10. Dependant on your booking you will have either a Windsor Enclosure or Queen Anne Enclosure ticket included. On arrival we serve an included picnic style cold buffet lunch with wine until 1:30pm. After lunch everyone makes their way into the racecourse for the Queen's arrival at 2pm and races. Once inside the racecourse drinks and food are at your own cost. If you have included the return coach in your package your coach will be leaving the coach park area at 7pm with arrival back in central London, dependant on traffic, around 9:30pm.

Racecourse entry tickets are either collected on the coach trip to Ascot or on arrival to Ascot.
Dress Code - Windsor Enclosure dress code will be confirmed closer to the day once details are announced by Ascot Racecourse. For 2018 the Windsor Enclosure had no dress code but racegoers were encouraged to dress in the spirit of the day.
Dress Code - Queen Anne Enclosure dress code will be confirmed closer to the day once details are announced by Ascot Racecourse. For 2018 the dress code was; Ladies are encouraged to dress in a manner as befits a formal occasion and ladies are kindly asked to take note of the following: A hat, headpiece of fascinator should be worn at all times. Strapless or sheer strap dresses and tops are not permitted. Trousers must be full length and worn with a top that adheres to the guidelines above. Midriffs must be covered. Shorts are not permitted. Gentlemen are required to wear a matching suit with a shirt and tie. Sports attire, jeans and shorts are not permitted.
