To go with your stews, you’ll cook rice, polenta and dumplings, perfect for soaking up the fantastic flavours. You will then sit down to feast on everything you have made, enjoyed with a glass of wine. By the end of the session, you will have mastered all the skills you need to be able to make any stew or casserole easily at home.
