About this activity
Join us on a fascinating two hour tour of the third largest metro system in Europe.

On this private guided tour you will get the opportunity to discover 150 years of history of the underground network, some of which run 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

As part of the tour you will see where the very first section of the tube was opened to the public back in 1863. You will discover facts about the workings of the tube, the people who run it and the people who travel it on every day.

Starting off at the famous Paddington station the tour you will then proceed to explore some of the oldest, deepest, most beautiful and peculiar stations that lie under the streets of London.

Enjoy the ride and mind the gap as your guide will introduce you to the different lines and how they used to be owned by rival companies and find out how the Underground started.

The route may change slightly depending on improvement work on the network and will end at Westminster Station
