We will meet at St Mary’s Gates across from the Greenwich Tavern pub. I will give a brief introduction of the tour, share a few unique stories about the location where we will meet, enter the park, walk along the parameter, talk about the herb garden and the White House, see the remnants of the old Greenwich hospital conduits, go up the hill, view the city from a unique perspective, enter the Queen’s rose garden, walk passed beautiful flowers and foliage, discuss the stories associated with Queen Caroline's bathhouse, come across the deer sanctuary, the sacred Motherstone, learn about the Roman history, learn about the royal history and enjoy breathtaking views of the city. I will share tantalising tales of a park rich in hallowed history.
