Spend an interactive afternoon meeting the women and watching them create fabulous textiles on traditional looms, all in a house on the banks of the Mekong River. You’ll have the chance to hand-dye scarves in vibrant hues, and try spinning and weaving Lao-style. Learn about the process from beginning to end, including silk cultivation, the worms, and the varied silks they spin.
Following the tour, you'll have time to purchase a drink or snack from the onsite cafe, or shop for textiles made onsite. This 2.5-hour tour concludes with return transfer to Luang Prabang.
