Wake up early to experience a traditional almsgiving ceremony. A longstanding ritual of Buddhist tradition, witness as hundreds of young monks walk in a daily procession to collect food in their bronze bowls. It’s both a form of merit making for the Laotian people and demonstrates humility by the monks.
