With this menu host Isotta wants to provide travelers a taste of her home town, Savona, on the north west coast of Italy and to experience their most delicious traditional dishes. The aperitif and the dessert, however, is made with fusions between the flavors of Isotta's land and that of her wife, Bolivia.
