Stop At: Imlil Day Trip, Imlil, Morocco

We will come and meet you at your riad /hotel in Marrakech at 9 am then start the exciting day trip to Atlas Mountains. While driving enjoy the panoramic view over the green valley of olive trees and ancient Berber villages in Tahanaout. During you visiting the Argan oil cooperative of local women to learn how the precious oil is produced and do not hesitate to secure various organic products as souvenirs..in tahanaout you can visit the weekly market (on Tuesdays)

then head up south the Moulay Brahim Gorges, and the Berber village of Asni where you can visit the weekly market ( on Saturday only) then drive up to Imlil valley the drive will be by the green river with many different trees and water head down .

now you reach Imlil valley the starting point for many multi-day trekking in the National Park and to the second highest mountain in Africa, the Jebel Toubkal here you will start your walk up with your local guide for 1-2 hours walk ( on your choice ) through the Berber villages village and waterfall and learn about the Berber hospitalities and and activates during each day and see terrace fields of barley, corn, and vegetables, surrounded by cherry and walnut trees.

During you walk you will stop for a mint tea in Berber house with local family to explore the Berber life

After the walk you will enjoy your lunch3 course meal at the riad atlas prestige on the terrace with best view of the high atlas after lunch you can relax or decide to walk more or head back down to Marrakech
