About this activity
Itinerary

A memorable visit to the impressive Atlas Mountain peaks south of Marrakesh. You’ll want to be in good shape and accustomed to travel at high altitudes. We’ll be tackling hours of trekking on rocky terrain before reaching the highest summit, 4,167 meters above sea level. On a clear day, you can see the Atlantic to the west and the Sahara to the east. Along the way you’ll meet local Berber villagers, hear their stories, and learn about their unique way of life in this remote and magical land.
