The village of Imlil, sometimes called “Small Chamonix,” is in the Al Haouz's province, in the region of Marrakech-Safi, Morocco. At the altitude of 1,740 meters and near the national park of Toubkal, is the starting point for the ascent of Mount Toubkal, the tallest mountainin Morocco and North Africa at 4,167 meters. We reach Imlil from Marrakesh (64 km) via Asni and Taroudant by the Tizi-n-Test Pass.
