About this activity
This day excursion is devoted to explore the wide range of berber villages that are perched around the atlas mountains. It takes you away from the busy city life of Marrakech.

The program starts in Marrakech at 09:00 a.m, we head towards the “Lala Takerkousst” dam. We will take the time to stop and admire the panoramic views around the dam. We then continue our way towards the Kik Plateau, located at an altitude of 1350 meters. here we have a wide overview of the Atlas Mountains. We later continue to the Moulay Brahim village, here we’ll visit the grave of Moulay brahim the saint.

We then head to the asni valley (1150 meters of altitude) where we visit the village of Asni. The next stop will be devoted to the “sidi Fares” mountain with an altitude of 1800m (known for its vast plains of pen trees and small berber villages). Afterwards, we head towards the route of Oukaimden to make our way to the Ourika valley. We always stop to take pictures of the lovely scenery of the valley. To get in touch with the locals , we’ll have a stop at one of the berber houses. We will share a moment with them and drink a cup of tea. we carry on towards the Setti Fatma falls and enjoy our lunch. Then you will have time to explore the 7 watrerfalls.

We head back to Marrakech at 5 p.m.
