Lunch at the Bransons

There is no better excuse to escape Marrakech with its bustling streets than a day trip to the surrounding Atlas Mountains to get a taste of luxury at Sir Richard Branson Kasbah Tamadot. The Kasbah was a wealthy Italian antique dealer residence before becoming one of the rare properties Virgin Limited own around the world. It was spotted by Sir Richard Branson during one of his balloon rides over the Atlas Mountains.

Depart Marrakech around 09h30 on your 4X4 and drive past the Berber villages nestled in the middle of the Atlas Mountains. You will have a chance to have a private mint tea ceremony organised for you at an authentic Berber family house before w contintue to the village of Asni, where we will have a chance to visit a Berber market where Berbers from the surrounding villages come for shopping once a week.

After lunch served in the gardens of Kasbah Tamadot, we drive back to Marrakech via the fertile Haouz planes.
