Provence Wine Workshop from Marseille

Pick up at 9am in front of your hotel in city center. Drive to the Provence countryside and visit a local winery and olive mill. Take a guided tour of the wine cellar and mill, followed by a tasting initiation with the wines and olive oils of the domain. Tasting of 2 olive oils and 3 wines of the range.
After this initiation, start your workshop to elaborate your own wine. Duration 2 hours. You will take an active part in a blend of grape varieties and make your own wine. Observe and take part in the bottle-filling, then leave with the bottle of wine which you have blended yourself with personal label.
