Transportation to Jerico

Besides tours, we also offer private door-to-door transportation to the different sights around Medellin and other cities. With this service you can count on a friendly and knowledgeable driver (non English speaker), that will pick you up at your hotel and will take you on a day trip to the stunning town of Jerico. Your day will start at 8:00 am where you will be picked up at your hotel and will be taken to Jerico. Founded in 1851 by Santiago Santamara Bermdez de Castro it is considered one of the most beautiful villages in Antioquia, even of Colombia. It is also known for the manufacturing of Carrieles, a typical Colombian bag, a natural park called Las Nubes and it is the birth place of Colombias first woman saint, Laura Montoya Upegui. Your driver will wait for you so you can walk around, get to know the town and have a wonderful typical lunch (at your own expense). At about 4:00pm you will head back to Medellin, where you will be dropped off at your hotel or any other place within the city limits.
