Your experience takes place at Montalto Vineyard and Olive Grove, a family-owned estate producing premium cool-climate wines on 30 acres on the Mornington Peninsula.

A garden, orchard, and 1,500 olives trees supply Montalto's acclaimed restaurant and casual piazza. When you arrive, take time to stroll among the permanent sculpture collection throughout the vineyard. Enjoy a guided exploration of the property to learn about the seasonal cycle, from the working vineyard and olive grove to the kitchen garden, fruit orchard, and berry plantation. You may be able to taste some of grapes around vintage, and hear about how to cook with whatever fresh produce is in-season.

Then experience a private, structured wine tasting featuring varietals from the Single Vineyard range, which reflect the location of the vines, and enjoy a 5-course tasting menu experience with wine pairings at the winery restaurant.
