About this activity
Hotel pick availabe. Meet at Providence Road car park. Follow the main track leading to Gellibrand Hill then descend the north side among granite outcrops and native gums. Along the way, inspect Dundonald ruins then visit billabongs and the Moonee Ponds Creek. Later trekking tothe Woodlands Homestead. Along the way witness historic gum trees many in the hundreds of years, see wild mobs of kangaroos, wallabies, echidna, and an abundance of bird life including kookaburras and wedge tailed eagles. Taking approximately 3 to 4 hiours, at a leisurely pace, you will be inspired and relaxed soaking up the natural grasslands and native bushland of the region.
