The legend says that pulque was the favorite drink of gods and emperors. We’ll take you to a pulque tasting where not only will you experience different and exotic flavors of this ancient beverage, but you will also learn about the production process with a local pulque producer. To pair with this mystical drink, enjoy a delicious local barbacoa.
Let's finish the day gliding along ancient canals with our friends -the chinampa producers- taking us on their wooden canoe all the way to their chinampas.
