About this activity

We will conduct the experience in an intimate Mexican cooking studio in the eclectic Roma Norte neighborhood. Walking distance to Mercado de Medellín and Mercado Roma.

We will start your experience with a welcome beverage of "agua fresca" (guava) while learning about Mexican honey, including explanation of different regions, types and how to taste and pair honey with food and beverages.

Then we will conduct a tasting of five different honeys from small producers from different regions of Mexico.Identify notes of mesquite, multifloral and avocado among others.

Afterwards, enjoy 4 snacks and dessert inspired in honey as an ingredient
