Getting married in Miami Beach is easy. The beautiful beaches of Miami make for a perfect backdrop for your intimitate, small wedding. The services of your English or German speaking officiant, a bridal bouquet made of roses and a bottle of champagne are included in your package. You may chose any Miami Beach location of your choice for example your hotel beach or follow the recommendations of your wedding planner/officiant for very quiet and beautiful beach locations.
A 30 minute photo session including 100 digital pictures are available on request at an additional cost (US$250.00).

How can I get a marriage license in Miami Beach?
A marriage license must be obtained prior to the wedding ceremony. Obtaining a marriage license in Miami Beach is very easy. The cost is $93.50 cash or credit card. US citizens will need to bring a valid driver license or passport for identification, non-US citizens will need to bring a valid passport. There is no waiting period for non-Florida residents, Florida residents must wait 3 days. Divorce papers are not required however you must provide the exact date of the previous divorce.

Any citizens of the world can easily and legally get married in Florida. All you need in addition to the American marriage certificate is a document called Apostille which can be arranged for you within 48 hours at an additional fee of USD150.00. Your marriage is valid in any country of the world with this additional document.
