Itinerary

We visit the small local restaurant in a village where we will be hosted by Chef Jahbahi, formerly an executive chef to the Jamaican Elite, he decided to branch out on his own so that he could live a rastafarian lifestyle. Chef Jahbahi will teach you how to make Jerk Chicken and festivals ( a type of local bread). There will be photo taking of anyone who cares to dress like a rasta....before after photos are such fun, and/or join in a game of dominoes with the locals or dance a Jamaican dance. It's a relaxed evening with locals without set programming that you are bound to enjoy. Rum Punch included too with dinner.
