Izmailovo Kremlin was built in 2002 by Russian artists who wanted to revive and preserve ancient old Russian architecture. They created wooden trading rows, a colorful Kremlin (which means "citadel" or "fortress" in Russian), wooden churches and small open museums such as Vodka History Museum, Russian Bread Museum, Russian Toy Museum among others.

You will discover traditional Russian handcrafts, decorative paintings, see how Russians spend their weekends nowadays and how they used to spend it. Try Medovukha, a honey-made light alcoholic or non-alcoholic drink while finding nice, well-priced souvenirs for your friends and family.
