About this activity

We will meet at the Churchgate Train station and travel to Malad by train like a true local and in a sustainable and fun way!

From Malad, we will take a Rickshaw to the women empowerment center. Here, you will be introduced to the most fascinating, ambitious and inspirational female social entrepreneurs and will be able to learn about how unskilled women are taught design to earn an income as artisans and fight inequality and inequity!

Learn their stories of struggle and endurance in the training center and contribute to their movement by volunteering at the center.

Afterwards we will enjoy an authentic Indian lunch from an Indian restaurant!

Transport
We will provide the transportation - via. local train and rickshaw- to and from the Women empowerment center.
