Day Tour to the Royal Castle Herrenchiemsee and sights in the Inn valley

Depature from Munich City Center (by request hotel pick up/drop off) Meet-up with your guide in the morning and start your journey by visiting Wasserburg am Inn, which lies on a peninsula and is framed by the river “Inn”. During the stay we will let ourselves be enchanted by the charm of the town. There is a lot to admire and to discover; the pastel-colored walls, bay windows, battlements, the medieval gate and plenty of hidden gems. Here you will have enough time to drink a coffee and you will get a taste of Italian flair before we begin our drive to the little villlage Rott am Inn. 
There we will visit the 250 year old Benedictine Abbey Church of St. Marinus & Anianus which is one of the most beautifull Rococo churches in Europe. In the small village there is the possibility to eat lunch (Italian and Bavarian dishes).
After arriving in Prien we will take a boat to Herrenchiemsee, the largest island of Lake Chiemsee. Here we let the island flair inspire us as we make our way to the castle, either by horse drawn carriage or by foot (15 min.). The castle was built by King Ludwig II. as a copy of Versailles and is admired as one of the main attractions of Germany.
To round out the impressive day, we will stop at a Bavarian brewery which belongs to one of the best brewerys in Germany to enjoy its restaurant and beer garden (Food and Drink at the brewery are not included in the price).
