- Child (3-5 years old) price only includes a bus seat (i.e. no lunch).
- Lunch may be served slightly earlier at 11:00 or later at 13:00 depending on the congestion of the restaurant on the tour day.
- October 13 and November 4 departures don't include lunch and instead extend their time at Hida Takayama and Shirakawa-go. If you choose these dates, please have lunch on your own or you can purchase a bento box for JPY800. If interested in the bento, please let us know around 7 days before the departure date and pay in cash on the day.
- Wearing comfortable shoes and clothes is strongly recommended
- This tour is operated for both Japanese and foreign customers. A Japanese tour conductor with an English-speaking staff will accompany the tour and will provide you with some necessary information during the trip, but he/she is not responsible for providing any detailed introduction of attractions.
- Delays, shortenings of the tour or omissions made to the itinerary due to traffic, weather or other circumstances that are beyond the control of the tour operator are not subject to a refund.
- Due to traffic conditions, the bus arrival may be delayed and the order of the itinerary may change.
- If the tour operator has to cancel the tour because of a typhoon, heavy snow or other circumstances beyond their control, cancellation will be decided by 3pm the day before tour departure. You will be informed by e-mail and provided a new departure date or receive a full refund.
