• Once you get to the arrival lobby on level 1, cross the road and look for the sign that says “11-A”

• Look for the booth labeled “Times Car Rental”, which is the meet up location

• Present your Klook voucher and take the free shuttle bus to the pick up location

  Miyakojima Store

• The staff of “Times Car Rental” will wait for you with a signboard at the arrival lobby

• Present your voucher to the stuff and they will take you to the shuttle bus and head to pick up location

  Ishigaki Island Store

• Go to the Times bus stop and present the Klook voucher to the staff

• The staff will take you to the shuttle bus and you will then head to the pick up location

• You will receive confirmation of your booking’s availability within 2 business days. Once confirmed, we will send you the voucher via email
